Cancellation Policy

*Effective May 01, 2024* To ensure The Loc-king can provide the best possible service to all clients, please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the original appointment time may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This charge is applied because The Loc-king is unable to fill these reserved time slots on such short notice. Furthermore, please note that no-show appointments (where no prior notification is given) will be subject to a mandatory 50% charge. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be settled in full before The Loc-king can render any new services. The Loc-king appreciates your understanding and cooperation in helping manage the schedule effectively.
